Journey Auto Repair

This review is long overdue. But I was worried about coming here at first because I had bad experiences at other places when I got my oil changed. But Journey AR was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I also want to mention that Matt deserves a raise. He did a great job last time I was there for an oil change. First time I forgot to make an appointment and they were still accommodating. They're my go to for oil changes and auto issues for now.

I've been going here since it was called Kurth's and visited twice since it is now called Journey Auto. They're efficient, communicative and HONEST. Never trying to upsell me on unnecessary services or repairs. I recently heard a noise coming from the wheel/brake area and brought it in worried about a wheel bearing or brake issue. Turns out it was just a rusty metal 'back plate' on the rotor. They bent it back into place and didn't charge me ANYTHING. Amazing service, highly recommend, will be a continuing customer.

Did a great job on fixing my A/C as well as giving a thorough inspection report that detailed any other potential future issues. Work was done quickly and the crew is friendly and communicative. One of the good mechanic shops for sure.

Very polite staff. I had oil change, transmission and brake fluid flush done for under 500.00 with coupon. Thank God they had a driver to bring me home and pick me up. Very thankful! I wish they were open on weekends, but I get it. I don't want to work on the weekend either!

I had a great experience with this shop. They spent a lot of time carefully diagnosing the issue with my car and they kept me updated throughout the entire process with clear and honest communication. What really stood out to me was their accountability and customer service. When a mistake happened, they owned it and made things right. That level of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, trustworthy, and genuinely cared about helping me. Since the repair ended up taking longer than expected, they even provided me with a rental car, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I really appreciate their dedication, transparency, and commitment to taking care of their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic they can trust.
